| Site survey & quote | 1–2 weeks | 1–2 weeks |
| Plans / municipal approval (if required) | 2–6 weeks | 2–6 weeks |

When does the time difference matter?
Choose fibreglass if
- You want to swim this summer and it's already August
- You're selling and want a finished pool fast
- Your site has good crane access
- You want minimal disruption (less rubble, fewer trucks)
Choose concrete if
- You need a custom shape no shell mould offers
- You're building over 9m / very large
- You're already building a house — pool slots into the programme
- Site access is too tight for a shell delivery
